Refund Policy

* Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
* The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
* Once the return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
* Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
* Shipping charges and return shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Important Note

To ensure a smooth refund process, customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify the condition of the product in case of any damage or issue.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned in a used, damaged, altered, or incomplete condition.
